About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable Java backend applications using Spring Boot for a top-5 global management consulting firm.
- Collaborate with distributed teams across the software development lifecycle to deliver reliable software solutions.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, improve productivity, and solve technical challenges beyond the primary stack.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Ability to work onsite in Noida, India (Office mode).
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying AI tools practically to enhance software development and handle adjacent technologies with AI assistance.
- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and working across varied technical requirements beyond core Java.
- Preferably has exposure or willingness to learn technologies like Python scripting, Next.js, AWS Glue Jobs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering through AI assistance.
