About This Role
- Lead strategic alignment and operational efficiency of engineering teams based in India, ensuring high-quality delivery and engineering excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement in technology culture, chapter maturity, and squad autonomy by removing blockers and streamlining processes.
- Oversee engineering governance, manage interdependencies among squads, and improve project outcomes within corporate technology domains.
Minimum Requirements
- 17+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a core technology organization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Technical expertise in 3-tier cloud-native applications including React/Redux (preferred), Java backend, AI-powered engineering, SQL/NoSQL databases, AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, microservices design, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
- Strong leadership skills including people management, mentoring, and coaching engineering leads and teams.

- Experienced technology leader with deep expertise in cloud-native, scalable software engineering and architecture.
- Capable of driving strategic coordination and continuous improvement across multiple agile squads and chapters.
