About This Role
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and investment plan for Engineering, EHS, or Sustainability capability domains, ensuring alignment with business strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Guide Product Owners and cross-functional teams to prioritize, deliver, and optimize digital solutions and AI-enabled capabilities that improve business performance, adoption, user experience, and compliance.
- Drive vendor evaluations, risk management, governance adherence, and promote simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement across product lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Typically 5+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, technology delivery, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps and investment proposals in Engineering, EHS, Sustainability or AI-enabled products.
- Experience working within global matrix organizations, operating under governance for cybersecurity, data protection, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating complex, ambiguous business challenges in Engineering, EHS, or Sustainability into clear product strategies and outcomes with strong strategic thinking.
- Demonstrated ability leading cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data/ML, Cyber Security, and Compliance to deliver digital and AI-enabled features.
- Comfortable working in a technology-agnostic, enterprise environment requiring disciplined prioritization balancing value, cost, risk, and operational impact.
