About This Role
- Lead technical design, implementation, validation, and troubleshooting for Engineering, EHS & Sustainability product family or platforms across multiple projects or sites.
- Coordinate and provide technical leadership to engineers, architects, product owners, and suppliers ensuring compliance with architecture, product strategy, and engineering standards.
- Lead AI and generative AI solution end-to-end design and deployment, including technical assurance, risk assessment, and integration with enterprise systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Automation, Data, Life Sciences or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years hands-on technical engineering experience in complex enterprise/operational technology, preferably in Engineering (Plant Maintenance, Calibration, Validation), EHS (Incident Management, Occupational Health), or Sustainability (Energy Efficiency, Waste Management).
- Experience leading technical design, reviewing and approving specifications, configurations, and validation evidence.
- Experience leading at least one AI or generative AI solution from design through testing to operational support with focus on security, compliance, and responsible AI controls.

- Experienced technical leader capable of managing complex cross-functional teams and multiple site deployments within regulated environments.
- Deep expertise in Engineering, EHS, or Sustainability domains integrated with strong AI and enterprise system engineering skills.
- Demonstrated strength in technical risk assessment, root-cause analysis, engineering standards development, and coaching engineers/super users.
