About This Role
- Own the gathering, documentation, and translation of business requirements into functional specifications for Icertis Contract Intelligence and connected enterprise applications.
- Lead configuration, testing (SIT, UAT, regression), deployment, and post-production support including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for integration (Salesforce, SAP Ariba), release management, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and platform standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in Business Systems Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Enterprise Application Support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and production support.
- Experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence or Contract Lifecycle Management platforms preferred; knowledge of Salesforce and SAP Ariba integrations highly desirable.

- Experienced in bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, especially across legal, procurement, sales, and finance functions.
- Demonstrates strong analytic skills in business process analysis, solution design, and documentation within enterprise CLM environments.
- Experienced in operational delivery including testing, deployment, support, and incident management in multi-workstream IT environments.
