About This Role
- Design adaptive digital experiences for healthcare products using data from SQL analytics and facets platform insights to improve member engagement and payer outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product strategies into experience blueprints and detailed specifications guiding engineering and configuration.
- Analyze complex payer and member data sets with SQL to identify behavior patterns informing design prioritization, measure impact through defined metrics, and drive operational efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in experience design or product design with focus on data-informed decisions in complex domains.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and data analysis relevant to experience design.
- Practical knowledge of facets platform related to configuration constraints and interaction design.
- Deep familiarity with healthcare products (benefits enrollment, claims, care programs) and payer domain concepts (member enrollment, provider networks, utilization management).

- Experienced in healthcare payer digital product environments with ability to design adaptive experiences informed by operational data and regulatory considerations.
