About This Role
- Owns business requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration management for Icertis Contract Intelligence and connected enterprise applications.
- Leads end-to-end testing, production support, and issue resolution including integrations with Salesforce and SAP Ariba.
- Manages delivery backlog, coordinates releases, and ensures solutions align with business objectives and platform standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Enterprise Application Support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and solution documentation.
- Experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence or other CLM platforms preferred; knowledge of Salesforce and SAP Ariba integrations highly desirable.

- Experienced in bridging business stakeholders and technical teams for enterprise contract lifecycle management solutions.
- Skilled in end-to-end delivery activities including design, configuration, testing, production support, and release management.
