About This Role
- Lead end-to-end UX programs for Google Pay India, managing timelines, dependencies, risks to deliver on OKRs.
- Establish and enhance team processes and rituals to drive clarity, quality, velocity and support decision-making.
- Partner with UX, Product, and Engineering leadership to align cross-functional teams and scale UX impact across complex portfolios.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 6 years experience in program management within design or UX organizations.
- Experience with UX projects and familiarity with UX design, user research, or user-centered development tools and methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: 6 years in program management within design or UX organizations.
