About This Role
- Lead and coordinate complex technology and business initiatives impacting companywide digital banking and technology teams.
- Manage release schedules, risks, and communication across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery of digital channel application releases.
- Conduct release readiness, milestone, and business go/no-go reviews; maintain release documentation and seek continuous release process improvements including automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing or equivalent through work experience, training, education, or military experience.
- Experience working on Digital Banking Release Coordination in a minimally customized environment.
- Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD techniques, Scrum and Agile methodologies, ITIL framework, Middleware, Java, Network, and UNIX/Windows platforms.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant Business Systems and Digital Banking release roles.

- Experienced leader comfortable managing cross-functional release coordination in digital banking environments.
- Strong technical understanding of release engineering principles including SDLC, CI/CD, and middleware platforms combined with practical ITIL application.
