About This Role
- Manage tactical sourcing activities for logistics, including pricing, rate validation, and contract/vendor data management using SAP, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), VIP, and Zycus.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data discrepancies impacting the end-to-end logistics sourcing process.
- Provide sourcing support by clarifying service scope, quality, volume, and logistics requirements, resolving process or supplier issues escalated from Procure to Pay and Supply Chain teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with understanding of End to End Purchasing Process.
- Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems; hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Zycus, and Microsoft Office required; experience with Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Location: Navi Mumbai, India; must accommodate flexible schedule aligned with international time zones; relocation assistance not provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in procurement and tactical sourcing in logistics within manufacturing or chemical industry environments.
- Comfortable working with multiple cross-functional teams and explaining complex technical information.
- Technically proficient in data visualization, ERP systems (SAP, OTM), and advanced Excel to support data-driven sourcing decisions.
