About This Role
- Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software with continuous improvement.
- Shape and execute AI strategy by embedding AI and agentic capabilities into products, platforms, and workflows at enterprise scale.
- Drive operational excellence through DevSecOps, cloud practices, SRE, automation, and partnership with business/product leaders for strategy execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in engineering leadership with experience in technology and talent strategy at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience working in complex matrix global organizations with cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Understanding of modern software engineering, agile methodologies, platform operating models, and regulated environment governance.

- Experienced in leading global, cross-functional engineering teams with strong stakeholder influence across geographies.
- Proficient in driving AI-assisted software development and embedding AI capabilities in engineering workflows.
