About This Role
- Lead quality engineering and SDET practices for critical enterprise applications, focusing on automation frameworks, test strategy, and execution.
- Drive AI-enabled quality engineering initiatives including development and governed use of AI testing agents and tools incorporating human oversight and compliance.
- Manage CI/CD integration, quality metrics, defect triage, and partner across multiple teams to ensure secure, reliable, and maintainable product releases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years in software quality engineering/automation, including 5+ years leading engineers or major QA initiatives for enterprise apps.
- Expertise with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript), Selenium (Java), API automation, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL), and CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with generative and agentic AI applied to software quality engineering including AI-assisted test/code generation and AI governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of independently driving large-scale quality engineering programs and modernizing automation frameworks with AI integration.
- Strong technical operator with deep knowledge of automation design patterns, CI/CD pipeline architecture, AI testing governance, and quality metrics.
- Strategic collaborator adept at working cross-functionally in Agile environments and governing AI-assisted quality tools to meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.
