About This Role
- Own and execute the DevOps strategy and roadmap across the Transmission Software portfolio, including both heritage EMS/SCADA products and GridOS-native applications.
- Lead modernization and standardization of CI/CD platforms, build systems, tooling, release pipelines, and deployment automation at enterprise scale.
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices and observability solutions while partnering with multiple engineering and infrastructure teams to enable secure, reliable, and scalable software delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related STEM field.
- 10+ years experience in Software Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, Release Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Minimum 5+ years leading DevOps transformation initiatives across enterprise software organizations.
- Strong hands-on expertise with CI/CD platforms, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), automation, infrastructure as code, and DevSecOps.

- Experienced technical leader with proven ability to drive large-scale DevOps transformations across complex, multi-product enterprise software environments.
- Strong background in cloud-native development, platform engineering, automation frameworks, and release engineering for both legacy and modern microservices architectures.
- Skilled at collaborating across engineering, product, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to establish standards, improve engineering productivity, and implement scalable automated delivery pipelines.
