About This Role
- Design and develop generative AI applications and agent-based systems using large language models to automate complex tasks and workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and business workflows ensuring operational reliability and safety.
- Evaluate and enhance AI model/system performance focusing on accuracy, grounding, reliability, and safety.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience with AI, generative AI, or agent-based systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras or Pandas.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, prompting techniques, context and memory management, and vector databases.
- Experience building/deploying RESTful services (Flask or FastAPI) and working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying generative AI and agent-based architectures in enterprise fintech environments to drive scalable automation.
- Skilled in integrating multi-agent, human-in-the-loop workflows with complex business systems and APIs.
- Familiar with advanced tuning methods (LoRA/QLoRA), orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen), and production ML operations focusing on security and compliance.
