About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services.
- Lead backend optimization, data integration, and implement secure, scalable architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, support production applications, and drive service reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Applications (B.E./B.Tech or BCA).
- Proficiency in Java (version 17), Spring Boot (3.0+), and basic Python (3.9+).
- Hands-on expertise in AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, ECS), API security (OAuth, Okta, JWT), and monitoring tools (Splunk, Honeycomb, CloudWatch).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and maintaining AWS-based microservices and serverless solutions with a strong security focus.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments using tools like Confluence, JIRA, and practicing TDD/BDD with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).
- Skilled in communicating complex technical details and influencing technical decisions through good stakeholder management.
