About This Role
- Lead operational stability, availability, and compliance of core MES, Engineering, EHS & Sustainability platforms, acting as primary escalation for major incidents.
- Govern ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release, configuration) and ensure operational readiness for new/enhanced products, including AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, root cause analysis, vendor management, and alignment with Product Owners on service roadmap and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Typically 8–10 years of experience in platform operations, service management, or technical delivery in complex environments.
- Strong experience with ITSM processes, platform operations, operational readiness, and managing AI-enabled solutions and associated service risks.
- Industry certifications desired (e.g., ITIL, Agile/Scrum, Service Management, DevOps Foundations).

- Experienced leader with deep understanding of MES, Engineering, EHS & Sustainability system operations in complex enterprises.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to deliver operational excellence and compliance.
- Strong background in operationalizing AI and machine learning services, with knowledge of responsible AI governance and ITSM application to AI services.
