About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, and documentation of complex software features individually and with the team.
- Review and improve team’s code quality; refactor existing codebases for enhanced quality.
- Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, and other IT teams to propose and implement technical and architectural solutions ensuring meet requirements and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in end-to-end web application development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate with at least 2 years as a hands-on technical lead.
- Strong technical skills in .NET, C#, MVC, WCF, Rest, WebAPI, unit testing frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular 2+; knowledge of MS SQL and Powershell.
- Work Experience Required: 10 to 12 years; Location: Bangalore, India required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM) with a focus on Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
- Skilled in applying SOLID principles, design patterns, and working in n-tier and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
- Able to effectively collaborate across geographically distributed teams and interface constructively with cross-functional roles including Business Analysts and Architects.
