About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, and delivery of complex .NET and Angular-based web application modules.
- Review and improve team code quality, architecture design, and ensure adherence to software development best practices like TDD and Agile SCRUM.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and IT teams to estimate workloads, define technical solutions, and ensure high-quality implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in end-to-end web application development using Microsoft stack technologies.
- At least 2 years of hands-on leadership experience providing technical guidance to a team.
- Strong proficiency in .NET (C#, MVC, WCF, Rest, Web API), Angular 2+, JavaScript, and MS SQL databases.
- Engineering graduate or post-graduate degree (BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent). Located in or willing to work in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile (preferably SCRUM) development environments with a focus on quality via TDD, BDD, and design patterns like SOLID.
- Capable of refactoring and improving existing codebases and driving architectural discussions.
- Comfortable coordinating across globally distributed teams and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver effective software solutions.
