About This Role
- Own design, development, testing, and documentation of complex software features using Microsoft technologies.
- Lead and review team's code, implement architectural design changes in collaboration with Architects.
- Interact with Business Analysts and other IT teams to estimate workloads, select technical solutions, and deliver quality software timely.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing end-to-end web applications with Microsoft stack; at least 2 years in a hands-on technical lead role.
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate degree required.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, MVC, WCF Rest, WebAPI, EF, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 2+, MS SQL.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying SOLID principles, design patterns, SOA, and n-tier architecture in high-quality software delivery.
- Capable of technical problem-solving and providing recommendations with a focus on test-driven development (TDD/BDD).
- Comfortable working with global, cross-cultural teams and interacting with European teams.
