About This Role
- Own delivery of high-quality software including design, coding, testing, and documentation either individually or with the team.
- Review and refactor team’s code to improve quality and implement architectural design changes in coordination with Architects.
- Collaborate constructively with Business Analysts and IT teams for requirement estimation, technical solutions, and ensuring working software delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, WebAPI).
- Hands-on lead experience of at least 2 years providing technical solutions to teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA, or related field.
- Working knowledge of Angular 2+, JavaScript/TypeScript, MS SQL, Unit Testing frameworks, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying SOLID principles, design patterns, and working with n-tier and Service Oriented Architectures.
- Capable of quick learning and providing technical recommendations and problem-solving.
- Able to work effectively with global and cross-cultural teams, handling Agile development and collaboration with business analysts and architects.
