About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable full-stack software solutions including frontend, backend, REST APIs, and database integration.
- Build and integrate AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) using APIs and prompt engineering techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Take ownership of complex features from design through deployment, troubleshoot technical challenges, and optimize code quality and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Information Systems (BE, MTech in ECE, CS, IS).
- Strong expertise in frontend and backend technologies with experience in building scalable applications and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLM architectures; experience integrating LLMs into applications is highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in evaluating and applying different LLMs with understanding of their performance, latency, cost, and trade-offs.
- Familiar with AI-powered coding tools like Claude, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot or similar for improving developer productivity and code quality.
- Capable of independently owning software features and making sound engineering decisions in agile, interdisciplinary teams.
