About This Role
- Lead and execute operational audit programs including control testing, gap identification, and risk assessment within a global ecommerce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-regional audit teams to complete audits, facilitating issue tracking and remediation validation for timely closure.
- Develop and enhance AI-enabled audit tools and evaluate AI-related risks and controls to improve audit effectiveness and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, compliance, risk management, finance, or business operations.
- Hybrid work model requires physical presence in Bengaluru, India at least three days a week.
- Knowledge of AI-related risks and controls including governance, data management, privacy, security, and monitoring.

- Experienced in managing multiple audit assignments in fast-paced, global environments requiring collaboration across functions and regions.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify control gaps and convert risks into actionable recommendations.
