About This Role
- Design, execute, and scale performance and load tests for backend services, APIs, and web applications to ensure platform reliability and high performance.
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to performance tuning, capacity planning, and root cause analysis of production incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or software quality assurance with strong performance testing focus.
- Strong experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or k6.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Groovy) and experience with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years; Location Requirement: Based in Bengaluru offices; Notice Period: Immediate joining preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in performance testing within distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS or GCP preferred).
- Analytical skillset to diagnose performance issues across application, database, and network layers.
- Familiarity with monitoring/APM tools (New Relic, Datadog, Grafana) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) to support performance optimization.
