About This Role
- Lead Corporate Finance and Capital Markets projects, managing end-to-end delivery and client communication with Partners and case teams.
- Direct two teams (Project Leads, Associates, Analysts) to produce financial diagnostics, codify and contribute to corporate finance intellectual property, and ensure error-free analytical outputs.
- Drive adoption and effective use of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and proprietary CF AI tools to accelerate research and analysis while managing staffing and developing team capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate with finance specialization and strong academic record; CFA Level 1 passed or CA with capital markets/valuation exposure preferred.
- 8-11 years of relevant experience (6-9 years if postgraduate) in investment banking, equity research, or consulting with corporate finance focus.
- Strong skills in financial statement analysis, financial modeling from scratch focused on strategy and valuation impact.
- Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint assumed.
