About This Role
- Lead design and modernization of enterprise identity lifecycle architecture across global hybrid and multi-cloud environments, covering human, machine, service, and AI agent identities.
- Own end-to-end IAM lifecycle including automation of joiner-mover-leaver processes, access governance, privileged access controls, and compliance evidencing across complex, regulated settings.
- Provide technical leadership and build high-performing teams to deliver scalable, secure, and audit-ready IAM solutions aligned with enterprise risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years progressive experience in IT/security/enterprise architecture with leadership in IAM lifecycle design, architecture, engineering, and governance.
- Hands-on architecture experience with IAM platforms, identity standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos), federation, hybrid identity, agentic AI systems, and API security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Security, or related discipline.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments and interacting with executive stakeholders and CSO-level leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders including CSO, risk, audit, HR, and platform engineering to translate complex risk into executable IAM engineering solutions.
- Deep expertise in designing enterprise-scale IAM architectures incorporating AI agentic identity frameworks and lifecycle automation in global hybrid SaaS and on-premises ecosystems.
- Experienced leader capable of building, mentoring, and guiding large global architecture and engineering teams focused on secure-by-design and DevSecOps practices.
