About This Role
- Lead and oversee delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials integrations including acting as Hypercare Lead and senior escalation point post go-live.
- Lead client solutioning workshops, approve estimates and solution designs, and ensure adherence to delivery standards and best practices within the integrations team.
- Manage team performance, workload balancing, hiring support, and drive automation and knowledge sharing in a multi-location client-facing environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years experience delivering technical solutions for HCM, Payroll, or Financials systems.
- 4+ years hands-on Workday integration experience; at least 2 years leading teams or projects.
- Strong expertise in Workday Financials integrations and related technologies (Studio, Core Connectors, CCTPP, Web Services SOAP/REST, PICOF, PECI, XSLT, Advanced Reporting).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Workday Financials integration lead comfortable managing multi-location, client-facing post-production support.
- Proven ability to lead technical solutioning workshops, balance team workloads, and elevate delivery standards at a senior consultant level.
- Technical expertise coupled with leadership in Workday Financials integration technology and solution architecture within financial systems domain.
