About This Role
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization features to meet client requirements.
- Manage and lead multi-member teams in delivering client projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Engage with clients to manage expectations, demo solutions, conduct workshops, and prepare comprehensive project documents including requirements, design, and training materials.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting environment with 3-4 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Prior experience in Salesforce is mandatory, with strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
- Graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute.
- Base location Hyderabad with willingness to travel for short and long-term durations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client management and team leadership with demonstrated ability to handle multi-member teams and client deliverables.
- Familiarity with Salesforce implementation best practices, Force.com platform, and global trends impacting client solutions.
- Skilled in conducting design and development workshops, preparing effort estimates, and working with Salesforce integration features and Lightning framework.
