About This Role
- Lead initiatives to enhance clients’ competitive position and financial performance through innovative and sustainable finance transformation strategies.
- Assist finance organizations in solving complex business challenges and increasing value addition.
- Manage end-to-end client engagements and lead teams to deliver finance strategy and operations projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications: CA qualified (1st attempt preferred with strong articleship) or MBA from a premium institute or equivalent finance certifications (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA).
- Experience: 8-12 years relevant experience in consulting and/or industry roles, post qualification, with exposure to managing client engagements and teams.
- Location: Bengaluru with willingness to travel as per project requirements.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word); relevant finance technology knowledge is a plus.

- Experienced leader capable of managing complex finance transformation projects and client programs from end-to-end.
- Strong background in finance consulting or industry with proven ability to drive change and challenge the status quo in finance operations.
- Strategic thinker who communicates effectively and builds structured arguments to enable transformation initiatives.
