About This Role
- Lead and facilitate business discussions, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders across business and technology.
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed business and functional requirements including BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and Source-to-Target Mapping for data migration and system integration.
- Support transformation programs involving portfolio accounting, investment operations, and platform modernization ensuring alignment with investment accounting and operational controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment Accounting.
- Strong expertise with platforms such as SEI Wealth Platform, FIS AddVantage, Schwab platforms, LPL Financial systems, TCS BaNCS, or Addepar.
- Proven skills in Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM), data migration, integration, and validation including SQL querying and advanced Excel.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

- Experienced in bridging business and technology teams with strong stakeholder management capabilities across business, operations, product, technology, and vendors.
- Skilled in detailed data mapping, transformation logic, and system integration efforts within investment and wealth management domains.
- Comfortable leading structured business analysis and requirements workshops, with strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
