About This Role
- Drive and manage functional requirements and adoption of ISO20022 standards within the application ecosystem.
- Conduct requirements gathering, define business and system requirements including BRD, SRS, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Perform gap analysis related to ISO20022 messages and collaborate on pilots and MVPs with tech teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-8 years professional experience in consulting or project roles with deep knowledge of SWIFT Network and ISO20022.
- Mandatory experience in credit lending and credit risk monitoring.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Proven experience managing large projects, stakeholder engagement, and requirements engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong techno-functional expertise bridging business and IT, with ability to contribute to IT solution design and architecture.
- Structured thinker with excellent analytical skills and proactive approach to managing change.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
