About This Role
- Create, configure, and maintain contracts and catalogues in SAP Ariba for multiple countries according to global standards.
- Validate incoming contract and catalogue data from country teams, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance before processing.
- Serve as Ariba subject matter expert; peer-review work, advise team and country stakeholders, and identify process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement operations or indirect procurement with strong focus on SAP Ariba.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP Ariba contract management and/or catalogue configuration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, or related field.
- Fluency in English; experience in multi-country, shared services or GCC environment preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with cross-cultural or international procurement teams in a multi-country environment.
- Structured and detail-oriented operator capable of managing multiple parallel requests and maintaining trackers and SOPs.
- Strong subject matter expertise in SAP Ariba Contract and Catalogue modules with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
