About This Role
- Execute and complete IT audits throughout their lifecycle including planning, fieldwork, issue development, reporting, and follow-up based on risk-based internal audit plans.
- Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and business risks; translate them into actionable audit issues and recommendations with clear documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with global audit teams across regions and time zones, facilitating issue tracking, remediation validation, and continuous improvement of audit processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience executing internal audits including IT audits under a risk-based internal audit plan, beyond SOX controls or first/second line roles.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is preferred but not mandated.
- Work Location: Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India, requiring physical presence at least 3 days per week.
