About This Role
- Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities across Nepal and India, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase approvals, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain detailed procurement and asset records, manage company asset lifecycle including issuance, transfer, repair, and disposal.
- Support operations functions such as onboarding/offboarding logistics, vendor performance management, invoice verification, and interdepartmental collaboration for smooth procurement and asset management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, supply chain management, operations, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, asset management, supply chain coordination, or operations support.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and vendor markets in Nepal and India, including negotiation and invoicing.
- Ability to work 2pm-10pm aligned with U.S. business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-border procurement and asset management coordinating between Nepal and India.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and managing collaborative workflows across multiple departments and time zones.
- Demonstrated capability to handle vendor management, detailed record keeping, and operational support in a structured engineering or utility environment.
