About This Role
- Oversee reconciliation process and month-end accounting cycle for assigned consumer lending products including payables, receivables, and revenue.
- Manage, schedule, and coach assigned accounting staff; set goals and review team achievements monthly.
- Support internal controls, assist external audits, analyze variances, identify process improvements to expedite month-end close while maintaining accounting integrity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum 5 years of general accounting experience.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, filtering) mandatory; familiarity with Oracle ERP is a plus.

- Experienced accounting professional with supervisory background managing consumer lending or financial product accounting operations.
- Capable of handling large data sets, complex general ledger structures, and multi-entity/currency accounting.
- Proven ability to lead process improvements for timely and accurate month-end close while maintaining strong internal controls.
