About This Role
- Manage kitchen site supervision including measurements, technical checks (plumbing, electrical, civil, tiling), and installation oversight.
- Supervise and train carpenters on kitchen and wardrobe installation; conduct reviews and manage daily tasks.
- Manage contractor vendors including invoice processing and handle customer queries to drive site-level customer satisfaction and improve NPS.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in interiors site management or related field.
- Basic knowledge in modular kitchen installation.
- Education: Any graduate; diploma in Interior Design, Civil, or site supervision-related education preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory including local travel.

- Experienced in managing on-site kitchen installations and technical assessments across plumbing, electrical, and civil elements.
- Capable of managing and training skilled tradespeople and vendor relationships effectively.
- Operationally focused with hands-on experience in site-level customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
