About This Role
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of spare parts and components via procurement planning, supplier coordination, and inventory management.
- Drive 100% procurement schedule adherence, supplier issue resolution, and timely purchase order execution.
- Maintain inventory within norms while optimizing material availability to meet customer demand and improve supply chain responsiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years experience in Spares Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Materials Management, preferably in automotive or auto components sector.
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree.
- Proficiency in SAP-MM, procurement ERP systems, and MS Office suite; familiarity with Power BI and data analytics tools.
- Work Experience Required: 6-10 years relevant experience in OEM/OES supply chain buyer or sourcing roles.

- Experienced in managing automotive or auto-component supply chains with focus on supplier management and procurement operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive procurement schedule adherence and resolve supplier operational issues effectively.
- Skilled in leveraging data analytics and ERP tools (SAP-MM, Power BI) to optimize inventory and supply chain processes.
