About This Role
- End-to-end processing and servicing of Working Capital products including disbursement, renewal, enhancement, and closure of limits.
- Verify legal and loan documentation, security creation, charge registration, and maintain collateral and limit records as per regulatory and internal standards.
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams and auditors, handle MIS reporting, and drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Banking Operations, specifically in Working Capital Operations, Credit Operations, or Wholesale Banking Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Working Capital products and banking operations, including credit sanction terms and lending processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and banking platforms/systems relevant to operations.
- Work Experience Required: 5-10 years in relevant banking operations roles.

- Experienced in handling high-volume, detail-oriented banking operations with a strong control focus and adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrates effective coordination skills across Business, Credit, Legal, Risk, Branch teams, and auditors for seamless transaction execution.
- Skilled in managing end-to-end operational workflows for Working Capital products with an emphasis on accuracy, regulatory adherence, and timely processing.
