About This Role
- Manage and administer syndicated loan transactions throughout their lifecycle, including processing payments and loan events.
- Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with loan documentation such as Credit Agreements, Agency Agreements, and Amendments.
- Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, resolve operational challenges, support audits, and mentor junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in Loan Agency Operations, Syndicated Loan Operations, or Loan Administration.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ACBS and/or Loan IQ.
- MBA in Finance, CFA, or MCom degree required.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting legal and financial loan documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in syndicated lending and agency servicing with strong operational and risk management focus.
- Experienced in handling complex loan transactions, amendments, secondary market support, and cash reconciliation.
- Capable of stakeholder management and mentoring junior staff within a global, process-driven environment.
