About This Role
- Drive procurement planning and supplier coordination to ensure 100% schedule adherence for spare parts supply.
- Manage supplier relationships through regular visits to resolve capacity, quality, and supply-chain issues.
- Achieve and maintain high fill rates (98% Vehicle-Off-Road, 95% Commercial First Fill Rate) while optimizing freight, packaging, and inventory for business continuity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree.
- 4 to 6 years of work experience in Procurement, Materials Management, or Supply Chain, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Proficient in SAP MM Module and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Knowledge of GST, taxation, and regulatory compliance related to procurement operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end procurement and supplier relationship management within automotive or continuous manufacturing sectors.
- Strong operational focus on meeting strict service level targets and optimizing logistics and inventory management.
- Familiar with cross-functional collaboration involving Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
