About This Role
- Own end-to-end procurement strategy, sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation across IT hardware, software/SaaS, cloud, telecom, professional services, events, insurance, and benefits categories.
- Lead and build the procurement team with responsibility for hiring, mentoring, setting KPIs (savings, turnaround time, category coverage), and scaling the function.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Legal, Engineering, and Business leaders to align procurement with budget, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and strategic priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-14 years total experience, with 6-9 years in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing including IT and technology categories.
- MBA required; preference for Operations or Supply Chain specialization.
- Prior experience leading a procurement/sourcing team is mandatory.
- Proven experience in negotiating software, SaaS, cloud contracts and strong skills in category management, contract negotiation, vendor management, and comfort with procurement/ERP tools.

- Experienced in managing procurement for complex IT and technology categories including SaaS, cloud, and professional services, with strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Strategic operator capable of driving procurement strategy, cost optimization, vendor risk management, and process improvements at a senior level.
- Leadership experience in building and scaling procurement teams, setting measurable KPIs, and partnering as a trusted advisor with cross-functional senior stakeholders.
