About This Role
- Execute end-to-end global sourcing initiatives including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier benchmarking, and commercial negotiations to optimize costs and mitigate risks.
- Analyze procurement spend using tools like Power BI and Tableau to identify cost-saving opportunities and support data-driven decision making.
- Drive procurement process improvements through automation, digital procurement initiatives, and stakeholder engagement to ensure sourcing aligns with business objectives and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in direct and indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Category Management with global procurement exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Operations, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience supporting global procurement operations and expertise in leading sourcing platforms.
- Work Location: Pune, India; Work Mode: Hybrid.

- Experienced in handling procurement projects for multinational clients, preferably in healthcare/pharma sectors and US-based clients.
- Skilled in applying advanced analytics and AI-driven procurement solutions to improve sourcing effectiveness and operational efficiencies.
- Subject Matter Expert in procurement processes and strategic sourcing with ability to manage supplier performance and contract management for low-to-medium complexity agreements.
