About This Role
- Prepare, maintain, and revise weekly and monthly forecasts using statistical and mathematical models.
- Analyze trends, variance, and large complex drivers impacting forecast volumes to improve planning accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to communicate forecast changes, risks, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Workforce Management forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree (Graduation) required.
- Working knowledge of R Studio or Python for analytics and forecasting.
- Location requirement: Gurgaon, India (IND Gurgaon - Bld 14 IT SEZ Unit 1, 5th, 6th and 17th Flr).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in forecasting for large-scale and complex business attributes within contact center environments.
- Strong skills in mathematical and statistical modeling with a focus on forecasting concepts, scenario modeling, and variance management.
- Capable of stakeholder management and collaboration with the ability to communicate forecast changes and support planning discussions effectively.
