About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable AI and cloud-native software products, platforms, and enterprise AI systems.
- Identify and translate business transformation opportunities into secure, scalable AI solution architectures using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation.
- Drive AI-enabled modernization including legacy system assessment, code transformation, and cloud platform modernization with measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Informatics, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, enterprise architecture, or cloud architecture.
- Proven experience in AI system design including Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, DevSecOps, and enterprise AI governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex enterprise AI initiatives from PoC through production and scaling with measurable ROI.
- Skilled in architecting AI agent systems, multi-agent workflows, and integrating AI across the software development lifecycle and enterprise platforms like SAP or Salesforce.
- Strong consulting and cross-functional leadership capabilities including stakeholder management and workshop facilitation in agile environments.
