About This Role
- Lead and support Employee Success (ES) cyclical programs such as compensation, merit, promotion, GIS, and G4G with data analysis and audits to ensure effectiveness.
- Partner across ES stakeholders including One ES and regional teams to align and execute India-level ES programs and initiatives.
- Coach and onboard fellow ESPCs, build strong relationships with people managers, and prepare data-driven insights and presentations for Business & ES Quarterly Business Reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years relevant work experience in HR or Employee Success functions.
- Strong data analytics skills including managing large datasets, conducting analyses, and generating insights with effective presentations.
- Knowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders and people managers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in employee success, HR consulting, or talent management in a large, matrixed organization.
- Comfortable operating in a data-driven environment supporting multiple ES programs with audit and analysis responsibilities.
- Able to partner across multiple teams and levels within the organization, with project management and coaching experience.
