About This Role
- Lead SAP S/4HANA ABAP and Fiori development strategy, solution design, and ensure coding quality and adherence to SAP best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and manage resource allocation and timelines.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical SAP ABAP RICEFW solutions, develop and support SAP Fiori applications including OData services and integrations (ALE/IDoc, RFC, BAPI).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years overall SAP ABAP development experience with at least 5 years in a lead role on SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong expertise in SAP functional modules including EWM and integration, Object-Oriented ABAP, Enhancement Framework, BAPIs, BADIs, Smart Forms, Workflows, and debugging.
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori development including creating and consuming OData services, and experience with modern IDEs like Eclipse or Business Application Studio.

- Experienced leader with hands-on technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA ABAP and Fiori development working in complex enterprise environments.
- Skilled in modern SAP technology stack including Code Push Down techniques (CDS Views, AMDP), performance tuning, and SAP BTP extensions.
- Strong collaborator able to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, optimize existing programs, and mentor technical teams for delivery excellence.
