About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring quality in requirements, integration, and verification activities.
- Plan and allocate engineering resources across multiple projects, monitor schedules, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely product delivery.
- Establish and improve systems engineering processes, collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, and report project status and risks to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of total work experience with at least 6+ years in Systems Engineering within product development organizations.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading Systems Engineering teams.
- Degree required: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electronics, Computer, Electrical, Systems, or Controls Engineering.
- Must have strong knowledge of Systems Engineering principles, requirements engineering, system integration, familiarity with embedded systems development, CI/CD pipelines, and scrum practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing multiple systems engineering projects and globally distributed teams.
- Strong strategic leadership skills with proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration in complex product development.
- Familiarity with HVAC industry product development and stage gate processes is a plus but not mandatory.
