About This Role
- Perform manual testing of web applications, APIs, and AI-driven recruitment products focusing on functional, regression, integration, and exploratory tests.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain detailed test cases, scenarios, and datasets to validate product quality and benchmark accuracy across multiple document formats and real-world scenarios.
- Identify, report, track, and retest software defects; prepare execution reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment to ensure product quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in manual QA, product testing, or software/data validation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications and APIs, defect tracking tools like JIRA, and basic API testing using Postman.
- Work Location: Mohali, Punjab; Work Mode: Work from Office; Shift timings: 10am-8pm or 12pm-10pm IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in detailed product validation including dataset preparation and benchmarking for AI/ML-powered recruitment solutions.
- Comfortable testing across multiple document formats (PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, TXT) and comparing expected vs. actual outputs.
- Skilled at working independently and collaboratively with product and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment for continuous QA improvements.
