About This Role
- Own and set strategy and roadmap to improve the vertical's north star metric (% 1st Outcome), balancing margin, efficiency, and member experience.
- Lead and develop product leaders managing self-contained business areas, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for all workstreams.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, risk, commercial, and operations teams to plan roadmaps, run experiments, and deliver technical and commercial outcomes, including leveraging AI and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in product management with at least 3 years leading product managers or product leads.
- Strong commercial acumen linking product decisions to revenue, margin, and unit economics.
- Data-native with proficiency in funnel analytics, experimentation, and BI tools.
- Technical fluency to confidently engage with engineers on APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading product teams in multi-market environments, ideally with exposure to India and new market scaling.
- Proven leadership of product managers with ability to set high standards and foster growth while ensuring clear responsibility.
- Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders across functions and regions without formal authority.
