About This Role
- Lead execution and delivery of ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and on-time completion.
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, resources, and budgets while coordinating cross-functional and global teams including vendors and business stakeholders.
- Oversee program delivery aspects including requirements gathering, testing, training, cutover, deployment, and continuous improvement of project management processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years project management experience, with at least 5 years managing ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed global teams and third-party implementation partners/vendors.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps; strong English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale ERP projects involving multiple global regions and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing complex project risks, issues, and dependencies with a track record of driving issue resolution and project governance.
- Background in finance, procurement, supply chain, asset maintenance ERP processes and working within multinational or industrial environments enhances candidacy.
