About This Role
- Lead and manage product migration activities for Revenue Cycle solutions, ensuring project plans meet signed contract requirements and client expectations.
- Act as primary contact for clients (Physicians and Hospitals), coordinating communication, training, and client education throughout the migration process.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects within aggressive timelines, managing risks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth hand-off to client services post-migration.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Program Management.
- Experience in managing product implementation or migration projects with client-facing responsibilities.
- Location: Kochi, Kerala (remote work, no travel required).
- Must have strong coordination, communication, and project tracking skills.

- Experienced in handling complex client projects within healthcare Revenue Cycle domain or similar product migration environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines and proactively mitigate risks.
